company history

The STEM·E Youth Career Development Program was founded by the Executive Director Andria Balogh. As the Founder of Tutoring with Andria, Balogh's experience in teaching and tutoring revealed a widening gap in critical-thinking and professional skill development for kids and teens. Furthermore, Balogh recognized that students did not have adequate access and exposure to STEM and entrepreneurship careers and scholastic opportunities, leading to the conceptualization and development of the STEM·E Youth Career Development Program in 2017 to 2018.

target audience

While the STEM·E Youth Career Development Program targets middle-school students from underprivileged, under-represented families, our programming is open and accessible to elementary students, high-school students, and even undergraduate and graduate college students of all backgrounds and socioeconomic groups. We also highly encourage parents, guardians and teachers to stay and participate in our events to promote family and community education and continuity.

We greatly appreciate that our unique and high-quality programming is attractive, educational and impactful to all groups, both nationally and internationally.
