About the Role

The Website Manager role is an opportunity to drive immediate impact through optimizing program access, exposure, and education within the STEAM and entrepreneurship professional space. In collaboration with key leadership, the Website Manager will strategize, plan, and manage all Website, SEO, and data analytics efforts to drive access to our programming both nationally and internationally. You will fulfill a critical role in expanding organizational awareness while making a measurable difference for students and interns.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategize and work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Website/SEO interns to maintain and update website and optimize and expand Search Engine Optimization on multiple platforms, including Wix, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, Tag Manager, and more

  • Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the Website/SEO team

  • Capture metrics, in collaboration with Website/SEO and data analytics interns, to analyze Website, Ads, and SEO effectiveness, to improve our reach, website traffic, customer experience, and conversion rates

  • Self-sufficient, Energetic Doer – take initiative in researching, developing, and managing Website/SEO and data analytics teams, channels, and tactics; approach problem-solving with a strategic and acute viewpoint to independently drive to solution

  • Creative, Data-Driven Decision Maker & Communicator – utilize both creativity and analytical thinking to assess current website layouts, ad layouts, SEO tactics, and platforms, driving continuous improvement and optimize Website/SEO efforts

  • Methodical, Detail-Oriented Planner – utilize advanced planning skills and tools to organize and manage the Website/SEO and data analytics teams, ensuring success

  • Strategic Thinker – approach work with an innovative mindset, bringing forward and testing new ideas that drive impact

  • Patient, Service-Oriented Leader & Coach – work compassionately with new students and interns in the field to transfer knowledge and drive learning


  • 1+ years of leadership experience

  • 1+ years of website maintenance experience

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience
