About the Role
The Program Manager role is an opportunity to drive impact by leading and optimizing our Tutor and Mentor Programs, directly affecting our national and international youth and adult volunteers as they make a difference in their communities and students’ lives. In collaboration with key leadership, the Program Manager will drive continuous improvement, while strategizing, planning and managing our current state and future vision of these programs as a whole. Through your efforts, you will have the opportunity to optimize our processes, ensuring program effectiveness, impact, and customer experience, ultimately driving our organization’s mission to change the face of education.
Role Responsibilities
Strategize and work collaboratively with the Executive Director, Tutor Manager interns, and Mentor Manager interns to optimize our Tutor and Mentor programs and teams
Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the Tutor and Mentor Programs
Guide and coach interns to empower and educate them while helping drive internships and professional development to success
Capture Tutor and Mentor Program metrics to analyze program impact and participant satisfaction, driving program improvement
