About the Role

The Marketing Manager role is an opportunity to foster innovative professional experiences for youth that drive access, exposure, and education within the STEAM and entrepreneurship professional space. In collaboration with key leadership, the Marketing Manager will strategize, plan, and manage marketing efforts to drive access to our programming both nationally and internationally. You will fulfill a critical role in driving organizational awareness while making a measurable difference for students and interns.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategize and work collaboratively with the Executive Director and marketing interns to optimize and expand marketing efforts on multiple platforms, including social media, digital print, and news outlets

  • Develop and implement a vision and strategy for the marketing program

  • Capture marketing metrics, in collaboration with data analytics interns, to analyze effectiveness and impact and to improve future marketing efforts

  • Methodical, Detail-Oriented Planner – utilize advanced planning skills and tools to organize and manage the marketing teams and marketing campaigns, ensuring success

  • Patient, Service-Oriented Leader & Coach – work compassionately with new students and interns in the field to transfer knowledge and drive learning



Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, not required

  • 1+ years of leadership experience

  • 1+ years of marketing and multi-channel & social media marketing experience
